Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize ligand-binding assays (e.g., ELISA, MSD, Gyros) for the quantification of monoclonal antibodies in various biological fluids.

  • Meticulously document all experimental procedures and results in an electronic lab notebook (ELN).
  • Work in a highly collaborative, cross-functional matrix environment, communicating effectively with team members at various levels.
  • What You Need to Succeed
  • Required Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Immunology, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline; OR
  • M.S. with 3+ years of relevant industry experience; OR
  • B.S. with 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience developing, validating, and running ligand-binding assays (LBAs).
  • Strong understanding of the principles of pharmacokinetics for biologic drugs.
  • Proficiency with common immunoassay platforms, with ELISA experience as a minimum.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with advanced immunoassay platforms such as Meso Scale Discovery (MSD), Gyros, or Quanterix.
  • Experience with the development and validation of immunogenicity (Anti-Drug Antibody, ADA) assays.
  • Familiarity with cell-based neutralizing antibody (NAb) assays.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with relevant software (e.g., SoftMax Pro, Benchling).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a high degree of scientific rigor.
