๐น Role Overview We are looking for an Assistant Manager - RTR to support finance transformation initiatives for BES - India. This role will work closely with the transformation lead to execute and drive RTR transformation activities on the ground, while bringing strong hands-on expertise in core RTR processes. The individual will play a key role in building a robust RTR foundation, supporting process standardization, and enabling smooth transition of activities across AMEA markets, while ensuring alignment with BES Global Standards. ๐น Key Responsibilities 1. Transformation Execution Support execution of RTR transformation initiatives, including process improvements, standardization, and documentation Work closely with the transformation lead to implement changes and track progress on the ground Assist in building a stable and scalable RTR foundation for BES - India Support transition and migration of RTR activities and ensure smooth stabilization Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization, and automation 2. Strong RTR Process Expertise Hands-on experience in: General Ledger accounting Month-end close Journal entries (accruals, provisions, reclassifications, etc.) Balance sheet reconciliations Intercompany accounting Support review and clean-up of existing processes and open items 3. SAP & Systems Support Hands-on experience in SAP (ECC / S/4HANA) within RTR processes Work on: Journal postings, GL analysis, and reconciliations in SAP UAT, testing, and issue resolution during system/process changes Data extraction and analysis from SAP 4. Controls & Compliance Ensure adherence to internal controls and SOX requirements Support identification and closure of control gaps during transformation Maintain proper documentation 5.
