Requirements

- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in transactional systems (e.g. Oracle or similar ERP).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders to the right outcomes.
- Ability to manage high‑volume, routine work while maintaining accuracy and service standards.
- Procurement or supply‑chain certification (e.g. CIPS) is a plus, but not required.
- Flexible hours to support Australian stakeholders and limited international time zones may be needed on an ad‑hoc basis.
