About the role

Education: - JD degree - Bachelor's degree - Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Requirements
- Candidates must have securities and capital markets experience. Additional experience in other corporate areas is a plus.
- Candidates must have experience in a highly rated securities practice at a NY firm.
- Preference for candidates with stellar law firm employment history (limited changes since law school graduation).
- Candidates must have top academic credentials.
- Salary Range
- $260,000 - $365,000 USD
