Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis to develop and deliver engaging training/development programs, workshops, and e-learning courses tailored to various employee needs and organizational goals.
  • Define learning objectives and content requirements using the need analysis information.

  • Lead training needs assessment meetings to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables and/or tasks are delivered on time.
  • Review the design plans of junior team members to ensure they meet talent development standards and best practices.
  • Mentor more junior team members and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Attend training sessions to gain knowledge and skills, apply them in their work and share across the team.
  • Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field or in lieu of degree, eight years of experience in a role in which training was developed and/or delivered, without close supervision and complete latitude for independent judgement.
  • Minimum of ten years of general work experience of which eight years of that experience must be in a role in which talent development training was developed and/or delivered.
  • Experience with instructional design and training development.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and ability to apply them in the design and development of talent development learning solutions.
  • Knowledge of e-learning content authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Articulate Storyline, and/or RISE 360).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and development programs for diverse audiences.
