About the role

We are looking for a hands-on Quality and EHS Leader to join our Israel team. Reporting directly to the Local Managing Director, this critical individual contributor role drives quality, safety, and compliance while providing daily support to our customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce local procedures, ensuring practical field implementation and adherence.
  • Audits & Regulation: Manage internal audits, lead external ISO preparations, and handle complex regulatory reporting.
  • Training & Field: Conduct regular field inspections and deliver SHEQ training to employees and clients.
  • Global Alignment: Collaborate with Regional and Global HQ on SOPs, reporting, and audits.
  • Customer & Service Focus
  • Strategic Accounts: Act as the SHEQ focal point for key clients (Food, Pharma), addressing specific safety and quality needs.
  • Representation: Represent the company in client meetings/audits and showcase compliance standards.
  • Reporting: Generate performance reports, data insights and client documentation to support various requirements.
  • Business Partnership
  • Integration: Partner with Operations and Sales to integrate quality standards into daily business workflows.
  • Business Impact: Ensure SHEQ processes directly support customer satisfaction and business goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify field gaps and drive practical, execution-focused solutions.
  • Mandatory Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Agronomy, Industrial Engineering or another relevant field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Quality and EHS roles within regulated industries
  • Knowledge: Strong command of ISO 9001&14001 and food safety standards
  • Advantage: Certified Safety Manager / Pest Control license.
  • Systems: knowledge of information systems, Microsoft Office and Google tools.
  • Skills: High service and business orientation combined with the ability to enforce standards.
  • Language: Fluent English and Hebrew (written & spoken).
