This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - 'Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) Generally Located In CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid - On/Off Client Site and Virtual. Delivering virtual leadership learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance. The Virtual Leadership Training program is a leadership development course designed to equip professionals with the skills required to effectively lead, engage, and develop high-performing teams in remote and hybrid environments. Participants learn practical strategies for building trust, sustaining accountability, maintaining workforce engagement, and leveraging collaboration technologies to achieve organizational objectives.
