In this role you will: Design and deliver tailored asset finance solutions to meet customer needs. Achieve sales targets and objectives in line with business goals and implement the Scania Financia Service sales strategy throughout your territory Proactively manage the dealer region, collaborating closely to promote and generate finance solutions that drive vehicle sales. Build trust and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, prospects, customers, advisors, and vendors to foster long-term success. Enhance the finance knowledge of vehicle sales teams through guidance and support. Prepare and deliver reports, sales forecasts, and tactical sales campaigns that align with strategic objectives. Participate in and contribute to dealer sales meetings to strengthen partnerships and boost sales performance. About you: Commercial acumen - able to seek and spot opportunities, with a background in asset finance. Team spirit - a strong sense of 'cross-functional collaboration'. Solutions orientated - the desire to overcome hurdles and ability to problem solve.
