Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

You will serve as the Quality Assurance Director in the Quality Assurance Department of FORWARD SHIP SUSTAINMENT NAPLES. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing and enforcing departmental policies, programs, and processes and; 2) Managing Contract Administration Quality Assurance Program (CAQAP) (i.e. Procedure Review (PR), Procedure Evaluation (PE), Corrective Action (CA), Quality Data Evaluation (QDE), and Product Verification inspection (PVI) and; 3) Overseeing ship repair and shipbuilding techniques, including preservation processes and knowledge of non-destructive testing, and their relationship to quality control practices.
