About the role

As Cyber Threat Intelligence & Hunting Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening our cyber resilience as part of a multi‑layered defence strategy. You will lead the development of advanced threat intelligence and proactive hunting capabilities, helping to prevent, detect and respond to sophisticated cyber threats. Working closely with global teams, government agencies and senior stakeholders, you will translate complex intelligence into actionable insights that protect our operations and customers. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in senior cyber security roles
- Experience working in large, complex or global environments
- Proven leadership in threat intelligence and threat hunting functions
- Ability to obtain Australian Government Security Clearance (NV2)
- Experience working across multiple time zones (desirable)
- Deep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting and threat modelling
- Strong understanding of both offensive and defensive cyber security practices
- Hands-on experience with SIEM and security tooling (e.g. Splunk, CrowdStrike)
- Solid knowledge of incident response and risk management frameworks
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes
