Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications plans and campaigns across various platforms, including internal, external, digital, and social media.
• Champion the consistent application of branding across all communications and engagement activities.
• Provide strategic communications counsel and support to programme leads and stakeholders on key initiatives.
• Create and lead the development of diverse content and communications materials, such as speeches, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
• Support leadership in messaging, media opportunities, and preparation for speaking engagements.
• Monitor and assess communication outcomes to enhance future initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives and ensure alignment of messaging and timelines across various stakeholders.
• Organize forums, events, and campaigns to promote collaboration and awareness.
• Develop patient-facing communications and collaborate with teams to improve patient experiences and touchpoints.
• Support strategic planning and communications readiness for program expansions and new initiatives.
• Identify risks and opportunities in communications to bolster awareness and engagement.
• Manage multiple projects and communication deliverables effectively, contributing to building scalable processes as the program evolves.

Requirements

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, branding, or related areas.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Basic knowledge of digital content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
