  • Maintain strong governance, controls, and approval frameworks for leasing activities.
  • Ensure leasing data, reporting, and critical dates are accurate and transparent.
  • Ensure commercial assurance and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • People & Vendor Leadership
  • Lead JLL leasing resources supporting the Retail portfolio.
  • Set clear priorities, expectations, and performance outcomes for outsourced teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder & Landlord Engagement
  • Lead complex landlord negotiations and act as the senior point of contact.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Manage advisers effectively and improve landlord and executive communications.
  • Ways of Working & Continuous Improvement
  • Simplify and standardise leasing processes to improve pace, clarity, and accountability.
  • Embed leasing capability within Retail decision-making flows to reduce friction and rework.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, insights, and portfolio performance.
