Manager - Third-Party Risk & Operations - Bank

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated TPM Manager (BAU) to join our Third-Party Management team. This role is critical in ensuring robust oversight of external and internal third-party arrangements, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence across supplier performance and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• User & System Support Provide first-line support to internal users on Third Party Due Diligence platforms. Troubleshoot system errors and approval workflow issues.
• Third-Party Engagement Independently manage interactions with Engagement Managers and offshore teams to oversee lifecycle management of due diligence arrangements.
• Change Management & Projects Support operationalization of policy changes and project manage implementation of global and local mandates. Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose innovative solutions.
• Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, or any related field.
• Around 5-8 years of experience in Third-Party Management or Resilience Risk .
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as QlikSense and Tableau .
• Knowledge of platforms like Coupa , Appian , and ServiceNow
