Technical Data Analyst, Tableau/ Business Intelligence Solutions

Responsibilities

• Assist in wrangling data using Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to discover patterns, correlate findings, and measure the impact on the business and key metrics
• Create interactive and intuitive visualisations using Tableau
• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational details of the business (e.g. f orecasting, pipeline, bookings, data quality)
• Automate manual reporting processes and improve data quality
• Troubleshoot data issues /inconsistencies and bugs, and recommend/make enhancements to existing dashboards/reports
• Partner with and consult Professional Services sellers and sales leadership to provide accurate data/information and make recommendations for how to run the business
• Required Qualifications:
• English fluency
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics/reporting, data analysis
• Hands-on experience with Data Modelling, Relational Databases, SQL, Tableau , and Google Sheets/Excel, Python
• Know how to extract, manipulate and transform data
• Able to translate complex technical results into clear, actionable insights
• Cross-functional collaboration with teams and personas such as sellers, sales leaders , commercial officers, sales enablement , produc t, data engineering
• Ability to quickly grasp technological and business concepts
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify issues and develop creative solutions.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Multi-tasking: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Resilience: Ability to maintain high performance in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
