- The ability to train and develop sales professionals in communication, objection handling, and closing techniques
- A history of driving revenue growth through coaching, process improvement, and sales development
- Experience building accountability and creating a high-performance sales culture
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
