Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare talent. Coordinate workforce planning to support business growth. Compliance & Credential Management Verify and maintain staff credentials, including SNB registration, practicing certificates, and BLS certifications. Ensure all healthcare personnel meet regulatory and licensing requirements before deployment. HR Administration Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding for part-time and locum staff. Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Payroll & Benefits Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, commissions, overtime claims, and tax submissions. Administer employee leave, medical benefits, and other HR-related matters. Employee Relations & HR Support Act as the main point of contact for employees across clinical, office, and warehouse functions. Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture. Coordinate performance appraisal exercises and provide HR advice to management. Other Duties Support HR projects, organizational development initiatives, and other duties assigned by management. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
