Job Details: Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's Hours - 6:20 am - until finished Pay - 22.45/Hr. Job Description: Set up equipment in preparation for startup, and responsible for identifying and removing any and all defects from hogs prior to final USDA inspection, while also being able to adhere to good safety practices, food safety policies, and company policies. Identify and remove any and all defects from hogs prior to final USDA inspection. Set up area with all needed equipment. Monitor production area for trash and food debris on floor. Perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent.
