Job Description: Business developing includes the clients' pitching and the preparation of ESOP proposal materials for prospective clients. Being the primary contact point for ESOP clients, providing customer support in the use of the ESOP system and participating in the continuing enhancement of the system. Working closely with compliance, operation, IT and other internal teams, ensuring in-time and compliant internal execution for both new clients' onboarding tasks, and existing clients' long-term maintenance. Coordinating with bankers, RMs, lawyers and other related professional parties in the provision of ESOP services. Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned Qualification: Master's degree in finance related discipline. At least 6 years related working experience . Excellent customer services and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Power Point.
