What does the Human Resources Talent & Learning and Talent Acquisition teams do in ING? The Talent & Learning and Talent Acquisition team in Human Resources partners with the business to build leadership capability, strengthen talent bench strength, acquire talents in alignment with our growth strategy and help employees develop skills for the future. What would you be doing? As an intern, you will be exposed to the day‑to‑day delivery of Talent & Learning and Talent Acquisition initiatives across APAC. This includes: Supporting marketing efforts for various talent and learning initiatives Helping coordinate leadership and learning programmes Supporting communications such as invitations, reminders, and programme materials Assisting with research, preparation of slides, and stakeholder updates Supporting the end-to-end hiring process and employer branding initiatives Other key tasks include managing candidate communication, assisting with onboarding documentation and maintaining the applicant tracking systems (ATS) Working closely with both Talent & Learning and Talent Acquisition teams on various people initiatives This role offers hands‑on exposure to how we acquire talent, develop people, and strengthen leadership across APAC in a global organisation. Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with handling large volumes of information Good organizational skills and attention to detail Able to visualize and understand the end to end of a process Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) Reasonable level of savviness with IT to use HR systems and data to be efficient in work Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality Resourceful and willingness to learn Previous internship in HR or a major in HR would be of added value What would you gain from this internship?
