Objective of the position: Recovery of shortages of material at offline, Acquisition of stock replacement of components, screws or spare parts for productive material at production line, offline, CTS or Mexicana Logistics with the process of Spot POs or SAP POs, Responsible to track inbound freight coming from assigned vendors and coordinate with Material Planning & Transportation Operations to ensure no production disruptions, Identification possible part numbers or sequenced commodities that would impact in short term production efficiency, material adjusted or damage in plant. Establishes emergency plans if there is not any recovery plan for stock replenishment by vendor, analyzes second source as Tier2, material transfer from other DTNA locations or aftermarket options. Analyzes operations practices to determine process and cost improvement opportunities in order to prevent excess of material and avoid obsolete part numbers. Following and acquisition of stock replacement of components, screws or spare parts for productive material at production line, offline, CTS or Mexicana Logistics with the process of Spot POs or SAP Pos OLD POTs revision, Store 7 revision, Verify Spot PO, Verify Xover file, Excess report revision, Missing elements, Negative in process review, No Pegs Inventory Report Check status SIDs in transit from previous day and K coded vendors revision to update "secuenciado" report Check status for local vendors, whose parts impact before 10 am Check Adjusments report Green DOTs historic app review to avoid wrong reason code updated.
