The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for enhancing customer experience and sales generation in the following areas. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Processes sales on point of sale Responsible for maintaining accuracy of cash drawer Greets and assists guests Assists with fitting guests in hockey and figure skating equipment and finding correct sizes Sharpens skates and repairs equipment Assists guests with purchasing decisions Maintains pro-shop as merchandised Maintains cleanliness of all retail areas Applies names and numbers to jerseys with heat press Additional projects tasks and events assigned
