Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR consulting, business partnering or generalist roles
- Hands-on experience with People Analytics, including the development of baseline reports and trend dashboards
- Strong understanding of HR processes and enabling technologies
- Proven ability to drive efficient and effective projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and ad-hoc requests
- Experience with PowerBI is a plus
- Proficiency with Office 365 suite
