What you day will look like .. Your role as General Manager As General Manager, you'll have full accountability for the success of the home. You'll: Lead, recruit and inspire high-performing teams who deliver outstanding, relationship-centred care Create a positive, empowering culture where people feel valued, supported and developed Oversee rotas, budgets, compliance, health & safety, quality standards and occupancy Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders Ensure exceptional outcomes for residents while driving sustainable commercial performance You'll be supported-but never micromanaged-by a leadership team that genuinely understands what great looks like.
