Responsibilities
- Lead Group planning cycles (Budget, Forecast, 1Y/5Y LRPs), including governance, assumptions, templates, phasing and sign-off processes.
- Own monthly and quarterly management reporting for ExCo, MBM and MFMs, ensuring accurate KPIs, insightful analysis and clear performance storytelling.
- Consolidate and reconcile inputs from Store and Group Controlling teams, translating variances and closing results into actionable business insights.
- Drive performance reviews across Group and Store P&Ls, identifying value creation opportunities across growth, margin, productivity, costs and cash flow.
- Develop and continuously enhance Group KPI frameworks, reporting packs, driver trees and bridge analyses to improve performance transparency and decision-making.
- Partner with Accounting and Controlling to ensure high-quality and timely month-end closing, including accruals, cut-off discipline, variance explanations and KPI integrity.
- Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial modeling, scenario planning, business cases, transformation analytics, and reporting automation/process improvements.
Requirements
- Higher academic degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar; CPA / ACCA qualification alternatively CFA are considered a strong plus
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google workspace. Lucanet knowledge is a strong plus
- 5-7 years in Controlling / FP&A or Management consulting
- Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes, with good IFRS knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, as you will need to work cross-functional and cross-country with a number of stakeholders of very different seniority.
- Analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluency in English (German and Italian are considered a plus)
