About the role
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (OA) for NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing travel authorizations and vouchers, including verifying traveler profiles, entitlements, and compliance with travel regulations to ensure accurate and timely processing; 2) Receiving and directing phone calls and visitors to appropriate personnel by assessing requests and using sound judgment; 3) Utilizing the Government Purchase Card to make and approve purchases in accordance with regulations and maintaining proper documentation; and 4) Tracking personnel travel and deployments, preparing reports, and coordinating data with relevant offices.
