Requirements
- Required
- Experience or strong interest in training, HR, operations, or retail environments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Preferred
- Experience in retail training, HR administration, or learning operations
- Experience using LMS or internal learning platforms
