Position Responsibilities Repair products returned by customers including packaging tools and equipment. Provide technical support to our customers through email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns. Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs. Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior electrical and mechanical experience a plus. 2+ years of customer support experience a plus.
