What You'll Do as a Trainee Designer In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day: Conduct daily trend research across multiple platforms and share insights with the womenswear teams. Translate latest trends into commercially viable designs aligned with Primark's brand handwriting. Collaborate with the design team to create strong, original graphics and prints. Support range development by considering garment shapes, fabrics, and seasonal colour direction. Manage design updates, track amendments, and ensure timely communication across teams. Prepare design files, presentations, and handle colour/trend/product-related admin tasks.
