You'll oversee all accounting and financial activities, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and aligned with US GAAP and Amcor policies. Beyond the numbers, you'll play a key role in the business-analyzing results, spotting trends, and turning data into insights that help the plant leadership team make smart decisions. You'll also partner closely with operations, sales, and business unit leadership to drive continuous improvement and deliver strong results. This role supports a single site (with potential direct reports) and helps build financial capability across the plant by coaching leaders on systems, processes, and financial thinking.
