Responsibilities
- Support product supply and inventory plans aligned with business and product line objectives.

- Drive progress toward annual inventory reduction and customer service performance targets.
- Leverage new technologies and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity, accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory and quality standards (including ISO, safety, environmental, and information protection requirements).

- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.

- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain.
- APICS Certification.
- 2+ years of production control/material planning experience with a working knowledge of computer-based manufacturing systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with a working knowledge of SAP and PC applications.

Job Description As a Production Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring reliable product supply and inventory accuracy across our manufacturing operations. This role supports production planning, inventory control, and material flow to meet customer delivery commitments and financial objectives. Working closely with production, materials management, engineering, and supply chain teams, you will help translate demand, forecasts, and material availability into executable production plans while continuously improving inventory performance, data accuracy, and process efficiency. You will be based onsite at our Mequon, WI facility and reports to the Production Planning Team Lead.
