Billboard: Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative Director and Art Director to lead the visual evolution of Billboard, including a redesign of the print magazine and extensions across web, social, and brand touchpoints
• Contribute to the design of the magazine, including FOB/BOB sections, feature packages, and special editorial projects
• Lead the design and production of charts pages, including flowing data alongside the design team
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and event design, including invitations, environmental graphics, and on-site visual systems
• Serve as a key point of contact for social and digital design needs, ensuring consistency across platforms
• Art direct and commission illustrators for print and digital stories
• As PMC values in-person collaboration and team cohesion, employees work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remotely with a focus on maintaining a vibrant and inclusive culture.

Billboard: Designer Billboard is seeking a Designer to join our creative team and help define the brand's next visual era. This role will give the designer the opportunity to work with both sides of the creative team, events/marketing and editorial. The Designer will report to the Creative Director and play a key role in evolving a cohesive, forward-thinking visual language for Billboard. The ideal candidate is deeply engaged with editorial design and equally excited about executing an innovative and sharp brand language across platforms, from feature layouts to social graphics, to large-scale event activations.
