About the role
Tunnl is seeking a highly organized, execution-obsessed Event Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of our marketing event strategy - from contracting and invoicing to booth logistics, travel coordination, and sponsor deliverables. Events are a key growth channel at Tunnl, and this role is critical to ensuring we show up professionally, consistently, and on time. You'll manage the behind-the-scenes systems that make our events successful, while also supporting light event marketing execution (email outreach, follow-up coordination, lead capture workflows, etc.). This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves building repeatable systems, and gets real satisfaction from making complex logistics feel effortless for everyone else. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with Sales Enablement, Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management to ensure events translate into real pipeline impact. This is a hands-on, early career role for someone who wants to grow into a broader marketing leadership path. Why This Role Matters Tunnl is growing quickly, and our presence at conferences and industry events is central to how we build relationships and drive revenue. But events only work when the operational execution is flawless - deadlines met, logistics handled, travel coordinated, vendors managed, and follow-up systems in place. This role ensures Tunnl's event motion runs smoothly and scales efficiently. You'll be the person who makes sure the right things happen at the right time. If you're the kind of person who loves timelines, checklists, vendor coordination, and solving problems before they happen - you'll thrive here. About Tunnl Tunnl is building a future where artificial intelligence enables organizations to connect meaningfully with the people who matter most. We help organizations conduct research at scale, define the right audiences, surface real-time insights, identify optimal communication channels, and measure changing attitudes over time. Tunnl serves brands, agencies, and advocacy groups alike - organizations navigating complex communications, reputational, and regulatory landscapes. These teams need smarter, faster ways to make audience-informed decisions that stand up to scrutiny and resonate across stakeholder groups. Whether you're building a brand, shaping public opinion, managing risk, or launching a new initiative, Tunnl empowers you to move from insight to impact with clarity & confidence.
