Responsibilities
- Business Partnering : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and gather financial data and insights. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes and enhance efficiency. Implement improvements to increase accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis.
- Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects: Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
- What We Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of Accounting principles and financial statements.
Requirements
- Experience: proven success in a Finance, Accounting or relevant role.
- Experience working with NetSuite Accounting Software, SmartView, NetSuite Planning and Budgeting / Oracle Planning Budgeting Cloud Service, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity in developing and maintaining financial models.
