Responsibilities

• You will own the corporate application portfolio, partnering with functional leads to translate business needs into well-supported systems. You will govern the SaaS estate (M365, Atlassian, Slack,HRIS, CRM, finance tools), including licence management, data classification, and data loss prevention.

Role Summary This is a senior leadership role with company-wide accountability for the security, resilience, and governance of Firmus's corporate technology ecosystem. You will own the enterprise IT roadmap and cybersecurity delivery function - ensuring our infrastructure, applications, and identity systems are secure, compliant, and built to support global hyperscale cloud growth with an initial focus on APAC. Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the designated Chief Security Officer and Risk & Compliance team, you will be measured on defined business objectives around uptime, incident reduction, MTTD/MTTR, and audit outcomes. This role is central to maintaining customer trust and operational integrity as Firmus scales globally.
