Job Summary Responsible for all merchandising related activities to support business needs in Singapore. This person needs to proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within merchandise operations. Core Responsibilities Analyze seasonal merchandise assortments and execute merchandising strategies in line with OTB. Align assortment strategies with seasonal and annual growth objectives. Prepare and develop a purchase plan for management review. Involve in buying new products and stock analysis Compile and analyze historical data and product trends, apply them to future assortment needs and plans. Create an action plan and effective implementation upon quantitative and qualitative insights Determine marketplace capacity and align it to the right pricing architecture/mechanism. Partner with brand and product to create impactful stories Develop pre-season sales, markdown margin, receipt and inventory Plan and monitor merchandising flow, replenishment, stock allocation, internal stores transfer, consolidation to own stores, Authorised Dealers' stores,Wholesale. Liaise with marketing and operations teams for the ongoing promotion, stock planning for all stores, storyboard and newness launching schedule. Plan and follow-up stock delivery to all stores. Regular store visits to collect feedback and analyze product sell-through. Regular review of seasonal collection performance, market trends to anticipate product needs and plan. Requirement Minimum 3 years experience in themerchandising field. Added advantage if having experience in the Sports RetailIndustry Proficiency in MS Office High proficiency in English and Mandarin languages in order to liaise with local counterparts and China headquarter. Exemplary planning and time management skills, able to meet tight deadlines. Must be a team player and also be able to work independently with minimum supervision while demonstrating attention to detail Passion for sports is a must
