- You are a seasoned strategist who thrives on solving complex business problems through consultative selling. You possess the executive presence to build trust with C-suite agency stakeholders and the operational discipline to lead multiple high-value capture efforts simultaneously.
- You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven productivity tools to automate administrative pursuit tasks, synthesize market intelligence, and maintain real-time CRM data hygiene.
- Experience leading large-scale capture efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage matrixed teams.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.

- A degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Experience with the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract.
- Active TS/SCI Clearance (for Federal/National Security assignments).

- Proven success in "ghosting" competitor weaknesses and shifting evaluation criteria in Verizon's favor.
- A proven capture rate of >65% on complex Public Sector pursuits.
