Laboratory Technician (Clinical Biology)

As a Laboratory Technician , you will play a key role in supporting preclinical clinical biology activities , contributing to the generation of high‑quality biological data in a translational research environment. You will be involved in laboratory analyses, data quality control, and the continuous improvement of laboratory processes within a regulated R&D setting. Key Responsabilities : Receive, verify, and prepare biological samples (blood, plasma, serum, urine) according to established procedures Perform analyses using hematology and biochemistry automated systems Conduct data quality checks before validation and ensure data reliability Participate in equipment maintenance and calibration Contribute to the drafting and updating of SOPs and operational procedures Support the development and validation of new biomarker assays (e.g. ELISA) Ensure compliance with quality standards and laboratory proced About You At Excelya, we value talent and a proactive mindset over rigid experience requirements. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to contribute in a dynamic and collaborative scientific environment. Experience: Experience in a clinical, veterinary, or preclinical laboratory is highly valued, particularly in hematology and biochemistry, but we also consider strong hands‑on laboratory exposure and motivation. Skills: Solid technical skills in laboratory analyses (hematology, biochemistry, ELISA), attention to data quality, ability to follow procedures rigorously, and work effectively within a team. Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+2/3) in Biology, Biochemistry, or Laboratory Sciences. Languages: English is a plus for this position. Why Join Us?
