Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience serving as a lead HR Business Partner to a global business or function, with clear ownership of people strategy and organizational outcomes
  • Proven track record of influencing senior business leaders on organization design, talent strategy, and workforce decisions
  • Experience supporting operations-driven, service-based, or technology-enabled businesses, ideally in global or multi-market environments
  • Demonstrated impact in scaling organizations, including aligning structure, talent, and capabilities to support growth and service delivery
  • Experience operating in transformation environments, including embedding new ways of working, supporting business evolution, and managing change at scale
  • Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear people actions
  • Experience working within a modern HR operating model, effectively leveraging COEs and shared/employee services without duplicating transactional work
  • Comfort navigating global complexity and matrixed environments, balancing enterprise alignment with business-specific needs
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using workforce data and insights to inform decisions on structure, performance, and investment
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, Master's in HR/OD, or related field) preferred
