ISO27001: Familiarity with information security management system frameworks. Data Privacy: Basic understanding or working knowledge of GDPR and CCPA regulations. Education: Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related computer discipline. Communication: Ability to explain technical fixes clearly to both English and Mandarin speaking non-technical staffs Demonstrates the ability to resolve issues independently with minimal supervision. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent technical tasks, and maintain a high standard of cybersecurity hygiene.
