Distributor/RetailerManagement: - Identifyand recruit distributors aligned with commercial strategy, negotiatepartnership conditions (price structure, A&P investments, local pricepositioning, etc.). - Implementdashboard monitoring and reporting (monthly turnover, stocks, sell-out, etc.). - Maintainregular interactions with distributors to ensure consistent treatment andstrategic alignment. FinancialManagement: - Manage, monitorand optimize full P&L. - Negotiate commercialconditions and contract terms with distributors/retailers. Reporting: Reports directly to the LID SAPMENA GM Multidivisionwith a functional matrix reporting line to the LID LDB GM Worldwide.sponsible for defining and driving the regionalmarketing strategy to accelerate growth and strengthen brand equity acrossSAPMENA markets. Overseeing a portfolio of brands, this role ensures theseamless execution of brand visions through strategic partnerships, retailexcellence, and robust team leadership. KeyResponsibilities Drive strategic Brand agenda & business growth together with defining the regional priorities, activation plans and roadmap by brand, by country or by cluster, while adapting the global brand strategies from DMIs to regional/local market specificities, ensuring relevance and competitiveness Provide strategic recommendations to address gaps or accelerate wins. Identify and capitalize on market trends and consumer insights to drive category leadership across brands. Lead marketing / brand plans to achieve the growth ambition and turnover objective. Lead and inspire the team and foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, agility, and marketing transformation. Drive retail excellence initiatives that enhance the consumer journey and elevate the in-store experience across the region. And to ensure high service standards and brand consistency at the point of sale. Build and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across markets to ensure operational excellence, alignment and strong representation of Groupe brands across the board. Cooperate strongly with Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure integrated business planning.
