The Enterprise Application Support Specialist role is an IT technical analyst role with eh RDM host team accountable to ensure the proper functioning of live, operational, customer-facing environments that are cloud-based, SaaS architectures. The team maintains availability and monitors performance as well as diagnosing problems, anticipating trends and the development of new tools to support the platform. The computer environments are primarily Windows server domain-based running MS SQL Enterprise databases with proprietary image and transaction processing systems for the financial industry. There is also Linux in the supported environment. Active monitoring and review of Production Applications for Performance and Accuracy. Cooperative troubleshooting and analytic work with other technical members and members of Development, QA and Support teams. Independent work analyzing trends in data and reporting on anomalies.
