Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and submit invoices, payment documents, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and other accounting-related documents.
  • Perform data entry and record transactions accurately in Sage accounting software .
  • Maintain and update accounting records using Microsoft Excel as part of the daily workflow.

  • Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained and updated.
  • Carry out other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
