Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or an equivalent ECDA-recognised qualification.
  • ECDA-certified at L2 level.
  • Experience working with children aged 18 to 36 months is preferred.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate, play-based practices.
  • Able to plan lessons, document observations and evaluate children's learning.
  • Patient, nurturing and responsive to young children's needs.
  • Comfortable supporting toileting, diaper changing and other caregiving routines.
  • Responsible, organised and able to meet planning and documentation deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Committed to children's safety, well-being and holistic development.

Additional Information
