Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end account installation for an assigned Select Segment book of business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Lead cross-functional implementation, coordinating SMEs to drive effective team collaboration

- What you'll need to do the job:
- High school diploma or GED - required; bachelor's degree - preferred
- 2+ years of healthcare background/benefits knowledge - required
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in account management, client services, or sales - Preferred
- Strong analytical skills to effectively solve complex issues to resolution - Required
- Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, align multiple stakeholders, and deliver effective client solutions - Required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong technical and navigational skills - Required
- Self-motivated and driven, with strong initiative to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Required
- Familiarity with multiple Cigna systems ( e.g., ePro, CIT, Vista, Facets, CDB ) - Highly Preferred

- Ability to travel up to 10% travel, as needed - Required

- For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,600 - 94,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
- This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
