Requirements

• Required:
• Bachelor of Science
• Molecular biology or a related biological science experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Desired:
• Willing and able to perform bench work as a primary day-to-day responsibility
• Genomic experience
• Direct experience with microarray workflows is preferred; comparable experience with related technologies may substitute
• Ability to work effectively within a regulated or structured laboratory environment

We are seeking an R&D Scientist to join our team and support the development, testing, and improvement of genomic, life science, and diagnostic products. Key responsibilities include: Designing and executing experiments to support new product and application development Applying molecular biology, cytogenetics, diagnostics, biotechnology, or clinical lab science expertise to assay development and improvement Conducting hands-on wet lab work, processing data, and reporting results clearly and accurately Working within regulated quality systems and following SOPs, work instructions, and design control requirements Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting lab maintenance, equipment qualification, and documentation
