Location: Melbourne or Sydney We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 3 days per week. Lead the Vision: Drive the client delivery of all Experience (SEO) services, positioning our team as the absolute centre of excellence across Australia and New Zealand. Build a Powerhouse Team: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mid-senior SEO experts across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, fostering a collaborative and high-trust environment where they can do their best work. Drive Commercial Success: Partner with the Group Business Director to track profitability, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to winning new business. Innovate & Elevate: Shape the future of our SEO product, developing and enhancing solutions, frameworks, and processes that deliver incredible value and impact for our clients. Champion Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior clients, developing and executing strategies that are woven into their business and marketing outcomes. Ideal Skills and Experience A strategic, commercially-minded, and empathetic leader who is ready to drive innovation, mentor top talent, and define the future of SEO excellence. We're also looking for; A Visionary SEO Leader: You are a seasoned expert in the SEO space with significant experience leading teams and client delivery within a fast-paced agency environment. Commercially Astute: You possess strong commercial acumen, with a proven track record of managing agency revenue, improving profitability, and driving business growth. An Inspirational Mentor: You have a genuine passion for people leadership and demonstrable experience coaching and developing senior talent to reach their full potential. Strategic & Operationally Strong: You are a strategic thinker who can not only develop innovative product solutions but also implement the strong processes required to scale them. A Master of Relationships: You excel at building deep, trusted partnerships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders, driving satisfaction and advocacy.
