Responsibilities

  • o Partner strategically with assigned internal clients (i.e. stakeholder, sponsor) to support medium to complex short- and long-term projects, simultaneously.

  • o Create and maintain project documentation. Working with leadership and other team members, develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
  • o Identify and track project issues, providing regular status updates within the project team until resolved.
  • o Complete assigned projects effectively and efficiently; and maintain a high level of proficiency by delivering high quality work on time; review own work and the work of others prior to completion.
  • o Provide ongoing project support, oversight, and process adherence for assigned projects.
  • o Prepare and present team and individual performance analysis and feedback
  • o Facilitate change management planning and support the rollout of new projects and programs
  • o Work to provide analysis, development and documentation of improvement opportunities; this may include implementation and training components
  • o Provide oversight and advocacy for the effective efficient use of internal systems.
  • o Drives standardized intake, prioritization, and governance processes to enable consistent execution and clear decision-making.
  • o Maintains visibility across sub-team initiatives by tracking dependencies, risks, and capacity, and delivering consolidated, executive-ready updates.
  • o Provides PM support for scoped deliverables owned within Client Experience and Insights organization for CX and CMG portfolio initiative while partnering cross-portfolio to align on broader delivery and governance.
  • o Partners closely with Business Analysts to translate requirements into executable plans, aligning scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
  • o Performs other duties as assigned
  • Required Qualifications:
  • o Bachelor's degree in business related areas or equivalent experience
  • o Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • o Demonstrated experience with project management software, specifically those applications supported by the firm
  • o Ability to adapt to technological changes
  • o Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • o Ability to manage multiple project priorities
  • o Strong organization, prioritization, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • o Minimum of 5 years working in project/operations area with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with moderate to high risk
  • o Minimum of 3 years' experience working with management level individuals, preferably within a mid-to-large size firm(s) or other professional services experience.
  • o Previous experience in managing others in a team environment
  • o Experience in navigating in a matrix reporting environment solving/resolving complex issues.
