To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Front Office Department. Reporting to the Senior Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Primary Responsibilities Assist the Senior Front Office Manager/ Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Front Office. Lead, supervise, and motivate Front Office staff, including conducting daily briefings, monitoring grooming standards, and providing training and coaching. Deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling guest feedback, complaints, requests, and VIP arrangements professionally and promptly. Coordinate room allocations, VIP arrivals, group check-ins, amenities, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities to maintain service, cleanliness, and safety standards. Handle emergency situations, guest incidents, security matters, and fire & safety procedures in accordance with hotel policies. Support revenue generation through room upselling, promotion of hotel facilities, and enhancing overall guest engagement.
