Responsibilities

Requirements

  • You have 2 years of proven experience managing payroll operations for mid‑size teams (up to 3,000 employees) or complex global regions.
  • You are proficient in HRIS and payroll systems, with strong skills in data integrity, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • You demonstrate deep knowledge of statutory compliance, labor laws, tax regulations, and audit standards.
  • You excel in handling end‑to‑end payroll activities, including contracts, compensation letters, joiner/mover/leaver processes, and final settlements.
  • You bring strong stakeholder management skills, acting as the first point of contact for payroll queries while driving process improvements, automation, and vendor coordination.
