Planner 5D is looking for a System Administrator / IT Administrator to support our team in Lithuania and take ownership of internal IT operations. This role is a mix of access management, onboarding/offboarding, office IT support, and hardware maintenance. We are looking for someone hands-on, reliable, and proactive - a person who can keep things organized, notice gaps, and improve processes without waiting for detailed instructions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or similar.
- Good knowledge of hardware/software security
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with Okta or another IAM / SSO tool.
- Understanding of onboarding/offboarding, provisioning, permissions, MFA, and access management.
- Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows devices.
- Knowledge of Python and Bash.
- Good networking knowledge: Wi-Fi, routers, switches, DNS, VPN, cabling.
- Experience with hardware management and inventory tracking.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical colleagues.
- English level Intermediate / B1 or higher; you should be comfortable explaining your decisions to English-speaking colleagues.
- Ownership mindset: you don't just close tasks, you care that the process works properly.
